Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

The App provides general fitness information and estimates only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Any scores or estimates are not guarantees of any result. Meal and food content is general information, not a personalized diet plan: nutrition figures are estimates, and you are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and suitability. References to supplements are informational only and are not recommendations to take any product. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You use the App and perform any activity at your own risk and are solely responsible for your actions. The App is not intended for anyone with a medical condition, eating disorder, or other condition for which exercise or dietary changes may be inappropriate.

Some features require a paid MyoState Pro subscription, billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). If a free trial is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and payments already made are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Prices may change with notice as permitted by the app store. Any in-app trial-ending reminder is a courtesy only — managing and canceling your subscription remains your responsibility, and the App does not cancel a subscription.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaela LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We may modify or discontinue the App, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
