Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. The App and its content are owned by Zaela LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

The App provides general fitness information and estimates only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Any scores or estimates are not guarantees of any result. Meal and food content is general information, not an individualized diet plan: nutrition figures are estimates, and you are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and suitability. References to supplements are informational only and are not recommendations to take any product. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You use the App and perform any activity at your own risk and are solely responsible for your actions. The App is not intended for anyone with a medical condition, eating disorder, or other condition for which exercise or dietary changes may be inappropriate.

Some features require a paid MyoState Pro subscription, billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). If a free trial is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel anytime in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and payments already made are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Prices may change with notice as permitted by the app store. Any in-app trial-ending reminder is a courtesy only — managing and canceling your subscription remains your responsibility. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaela LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are between you and Zaela LLC, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

We may modify or discontinue the App, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
