Privacy Policy

Your data lives on your phone. The App has no account, no server storing your information, and no name attached to anything. Apple Health, if you connect it, is read-only and converted to simple ratings — raw health values are never stored or transmitted. The only things that touch the internet are anonymous crash reports, anonymous feature-usage counts, and your subscription status.

The App has no account and does not ask for your name, email, or other contact details. The entries you create — workouts, exercise data, meal plans, daily 1–5 self-ratings, habit checkmarks, and preferences such as your protein and sleep targets — are stored locally on your device. If you import workout history from a file (for example, a CSV exported from another app), the file is read entirely on your device and its contents never leave your phone. We do not collect this information on our servers, because we have none. Your device's own backup (such as iCloud device backup) may include the App's data under Apple's protections and your Apple ID.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App reads fitness data — sleep, dietary protein and calories, steps, body weight, and workout sessions — with your permission, which you can revoke at any time in the Health app. Health data is read-only: the App never writes to Apple Health. Values read from Health are converted on your device into simple 1–5 ratings (for example, hours slept becomes a sleep rating); the App stores only those ratings, never raw health values, and ratings cannot be converted back into the underlying data. Nothing read from or derived from Apple Health ever leaves your phone, and it is never used for advertising, analytics, or marketing. Disconnecting Health affects future days only — no health data exists in the App to remove, because none was kept.

Three narrow services support the App, none of which receive your training data, health data, or identity:

• Crash reporting (Sentry): if the App crashes, a technical report (stack trace, device model, OS version) is sent so we can fix the bug. No personal or health information is included.
• Usage analytics (TelemetryDeck): anonymous, aggregated event counts (for example, that a workout was logged — never its contents). TelemetryDeck is a privacy-first service and cannot identify you.
• Purchases (RevenueCat): if you subscribe, your subscription status is processed under a random identifier so the App knows Pro is active. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple.

All notifications are optional and scheduled locally on your device from your own settings: workout reminders, the daily check-in reminder, and — if you choose one when starting a free trial — a single reminder before the trial ends. We do not send notifications from our servers, and notification content never leaves your device.

We do not share your information. If you use the export or share features, you choose where that content goes. The operating system and app store you use may collect certain information under their own policies, which we do not control.

Your information stays on your device until you remove it. You can export or permanently erase it at any time in the App's settings. Erasing removes your data from the App immediately; crash and usage records already sent contain nothing capable of identifying you.

Your information is protected by your device's own security features. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Because your information stays on your device, you control it directly — view, export, or erase it at any time in the App. You may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; as we do not hold personal information on our side, there is generally nothing for us to provide or delete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is made available.
